SHIPPING:

• ALL orders are shipped next business day. EXPRESS SHIPPING 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS
• Orders placed on THURSDAY are baked and shipped on FRIDAY for arrival on MONDAY.
• Orders placed between FRIDAY - SUNDAY 6PM, will be shipped on MONDAY. Any orders placed after SUNDAY 6PM, will be processed and shipped on TUESDAY with MONDAY orders.

LOCAL DELIVERY:

• Available for ELIGIBLE POSTCODES (4207, 4127, 4128, 4129, 4130, 4131, 4133)
• FLAT RATE $7.50

PICK UP: 2 LOCATIONS

• Our EDENS LANDING location is available for PICK UP on MONDAY to THURSDAYS only between 9:30am - 2:30pm.
• Our MEADOWBROOK location is available for PICK UP on FRIDAYS only between 2:00pm - 4:30pm.

📥 ORDERS AND PROCESSING:

At CHUNK'D, every cookie is made fresh to order using premium ingredients - no shortcuts, ever.

All orders are processed next business day.

• Orders placed MONDAY - WEDNESDAY > shipped the following business day.
• Orders placed on THURSDAY > shipped FRIDAY (may arrive from MONDAY pending courier).
• Orders placed FRIDAY - SUNDAY 6PM, will be shipped on MONDAY. Any orders placed after SUNDAY 6PM, will be processed and shipped on TUESDAY with MONDAY ORDERS.

Please note: During high-volume periods, slight delays may occur - but quality always comes first.

• All orders are shipped via standard courier services (Australia Post).
• Once your order leaves us, delivery timeframes are subject to the courier.
• CHUNK'D is not responsible for delays once parcels have been dispatched.

If you are unable to collect your order:

• Please contact us prior to your pick up window time.
• Uncollected orders may not be refunded or remade.

💸 REFUNDS and RETURNS:

Due to the handmade and perishable nature of our products, we have a strict no refund policy for change of mind.

However, we've got you covered if something isn't right.

Eligible for refund/replacement:

• Incorrect order received.
• Product arrives significantly damaged.

To report an issue:

• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery/pickup.
• Include clear photos and your order details.

ALL CHUNK'D cookies are made in a kitchen that handles:

GLUTEN, DAIRY, EGGS, NUTS, SOY, AND OTHER ALLERGENS.

While we take care in preparation, we cannot guarantee allergen-free products.

Storage & Freshness:

• Best enjoyed fresh and warm.
• Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3-4 days, once opened.
• Can be reheated for that fresh-out-the-oven experience.

💲 PAYMENT POLICY:

All orders must be paid in FULL at checkout. We accept secure online payments through our website. Orders are not confirmed until payment has been successfully received.

To keep everything running smoothly, please read the following before placing your order.

📆 BOOKING AND NOTICE PERIOD:

All event and catering orders require a minimum of 72 hours' notice.

This allows us to properly prepare, source ingredients, and deliver the quality CHUNK'D is known for.

Last minute requests may not be accommodated.

📩 ENQUIRY BEFORE ORDERING (REQUIRED):

Before placing any catering order, you must first submit an enquiry via our "CONTACT" page.

This is to confirm:

• Confirm your requested event date is available.
• Discuss any specific requirements.
• Go over Event Labels for your order (happy birthday ...., baby showers, engagement parties, weddings).
• Whether you would like your cookies individually heat sealed or left unpackaged (not recommended for SHIPPING)
• If you would prefer LOCAL DELIVERY or PICK UP for your order. PICK UP for catering boxes are still only available on FRIDAYS. If you require 'Local Delivery', you will need to confirm a drop-off date with CHUNK'D, to ensure you have your order with a sufficient amount of time prior to your event. Orders OUTSIDE our eligible postcodes for Local Delivery may be considered, but an additional fee will apply.

Once availability has been confirmed by CHUNK'D, you will be asked to proceed with your order online.

Orders placed without prior confirmation may be declined or cancelled.

🛒 PLACING YOUR ORDER:

Once you've received confirmation from CHUNK'D, you can place your order through our website.

Please note:

• Product listings will show the number of items included per box.
• It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct quantities are selected.

Example:

The 'Crowd Pleaser'

• 18 CHUNK'D cookies
• 3 'Dip It' sauces.

You must ensure your cart reflects a total of 21 items/products.

CHUNK'D is not responsible for incorrect quantities selected at checkout.

💳 PAYMENT & ORDER CONFIRMATION:

• Full payment is required at the time of ordering.
• Your order is only confirmed once payment has been received.
• We do not hold dates without confirmation and payment.

✏️ CHANGES & ADJUSTMENTS:

• Any changes must be requested at least 48 hours prior to your event.

❌ CANCELLATIONS:

Due to the preparation involved in catering orders:

• Cancellations made with 48 hours of your event may not be eligible for a refund.

🚚 DELIVERY & PICKUP FOR EVENTS:

Event orders can be arranged via:

Local Delivery

• Available for eligible areas. Standard 'flat rate' delivery fees apply and will be confirmed during booking.
• If you're outside our eligible areas, you may still enquire and be considered for Local Delivery. Please state your desired area when enquiring. An additional fee will be required, based on distance from our base location.

Pick Up

• Available from Meadowbrook, QLD.
• Details will be confirmed once your order is finalised.

Please ensure all event details (time, location - if required for Local Delivery, contact information) are accurate.

🍪 PRODUCT HANDLING & STORAGE:

Once your order has been delivered or collected:

• CHUNK'D is not responsible for product condition due to improper storage or handling.
• We recommend storing cookies in a cool, dry place and serving fresh.

We cannot guarantee allergen-free products for event orders.
